You humble narrator has, for some time now, been trying without success to get an explanation of the term "partial birth abortion" from various whackos and associated groups around the country. Inquiries have been made of TX senators, Ann Cunter and James Dobson. Perhaps the Christian Coalition will provide an explanation for the repeated reference to something that quite simply

Does.
Not.
Exist.

And if it does, and a description of it can be found in say... the New England Journal of Medicine, your most compliant of orators will eat a nice big helping of old crow.
